Solar

Precipitation Type Saturday at 6 am (NAM model from COD)

A White Christmas in the Ozarks still on the table!

As I’ve been watching the computer models this week, a new possibility for snow has overshadowed the original possibility.

A shield of rain will be spread north out of Arkansas late Friday. Because of the arrival of some colder air and because this will occur at night and on early Saturday, snow is possible on the northern end of the rain.

Accumulations will probably stay under one inch although a few inches are possible in some locations.  With a warm ground, not much of this will stick or stick around for long.  But perhaps some will remain for Christmas Eve.

A small band of light snow will drift over Missouri on Sunday too. This has always been a glorified dusting and its position has moved anywhere from northern Missouri to northern Arkansas as each model run has come out this week.

So chances are there!  Statistically, it’s a long shot most of the time so I’ll personally hold on to any chance!

Powerful! The sun I mean…

Are you an Empire customer? If so, did you know that Empire is offering a healthy rebate to go solar!

The cash rebate is based on the size of your system. They are required to send the rebate directly to you within 30 days of system switch-on. As I tell people all the time, if the power company is going to pay you to use their electricity less, it’s worth listening to what solar can do!

The rebate simply sweetens the pot. Solar is an affordable way for everyone to save on the one of the highest, unavoidable bills you have: your electric bill.

Do you pay your electric bill now? Then yes, solar is very affordable!

In life, here are your largest budget items:

1. Mortgage: very long term but with enough planning and time, this can eventually go away.

2. Car payment: we all need transportation. You do exercise considerable control (or maybe not!) over how much you pay for a vehicle and whether you eventually own it. This payment can go away as well.

3. Electric bill: THIS NEVER GOES AWAY! It is an obligation and the price of electricity is always rising.

Solar is an electricity-generating system which eliminates or greatly reduces #3. What I will show you is how much you have paid for electricity, how much you will pay going forward and much solar will save you.

Call, text or email and let’s talk!

One way to look at solar power is as a “refinancing” of the expense of electricity over the years.

The basic idea is that power is a persistent and unending expense and the rate you are charged for it will continue to climb.  Why not take that money and use it more wisely?

By taking a portion of your power (maybe all of it!) and fixing its cost, you save during the payment period and then ultimately produce free power once it’s yours!

Think renting instead of owning a home. You clearly come out ahead buying a home in the long run. Heck, I’ve even got a program that will allow you to deduct the interest of the solar payment!

Also, like mortgages, you can prepay the loan down without penalty and save a ton on interest.

I’m here. Call, text or email and I will meet with you and show you the specifics for your home and situation. It’s a no obligation/free visit!
