Upper-Level Low Then Warm Reversal

Through Thursday, the Ozarks will be under the influence of an upper level low, slowly drifting east.

While it travels south of the Ozarks, we will continue to see rain and thunderstorms in the forecast daily. High temperatures will be in the seventies most days.

All long-range computer models are in agreement on a warm-up for the Ozarks this weekend and into early next week.

Instead of a low, a high pressure “ridge” will develop over the central U.S. This will bring back temperatures in the eighties and should squash most precipitation.
