Walking and Talking Videos

I walk a lot.

I average somewhere between 60,000 – 70,000 steps per week.  I walk several paths in my neighborhood and occasionally branch out to Springfield walking areas (like Galloway).

Walking has been very effective for me as a way to relax, lose weight (about 15 pounds in 2019) and get the heart pumping.

Inspired by others who record themselves while they are walk, I decided to do the same.

It’s working out pretty well.  The quality of these videos is pretty good (aside from perhaps sounding a tad winded).

What do I talk about? Anything that comes to mind really but with an emphasis on subjects I like or know something about such as weather, climate, music, jazz music, piano, beer, beer brewing, zymurgy, Springfield Missouri, solar energy, teaching, construction and science.

I don’t have a set schedule for these videos but I usually do at least one per week.

Other videos will also appear recorded in other places but that’s another blog!
